18 Jun 2008 - Aveland Athletics Competition

The year 4 and Year 5 pupils took part in the Aveland Athletics Competition against Pointon, Horbling and Billingborough Primary Schools.

The children could compete in two events only with the points going towards an overall total to find the winning school.

The children performed magnificiently winning 14 out of 21 events and winning the trophy for Thurlby.

The children have been training really hard for this competition in their lunch break and deserved the success.
